A first time Western MP whose political fortunes in Parliament sunk last week is living life on the fast lane. It seems he has recently become enamored with all things oriental and has become a frequent visitor at a popular brothel in Milimani which specializes in massages and other services offered by women from the Asian sub-continent. Our moles tell us the man has become a frequent visitor to the house of pleasure and makes a minimum of four visits every week to partake of the services.

Former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka had to deal with Cord's nemesis TNA —this time in Sri Lanka. Barely six months after Cord was defeated by TNA in the Kenya elections, Kalonzo who is leading the Commonwealth election observer mission to Sri Lanka’s Northern Provincial Council Elections where the opposition Tamil National Alliance won the elections. Some local wags could not help but read more into the TNA (Sri Lanka) success and are now saying its a message to Kalonzo that he should dump Cord and throw in his lot with TNA!

Was it a mistake or is ODM director of communications Phillip Etale still living in a time warp. Yesterday, Etale sent a media release announcing that Cord leader and former Prime Minister Raila Odinga was delivering a statement in Johannesburg. Thats ok. The only problems that Etale'smessage included this telling sentence—  “Note that, the PM is accompanied in the tour by ODM Executive Director Mr. Magerer Langat and an aide Mr. Eliud Owalo.'

We are told officials of a well known city hospital were taken aback when some security officers “stole” a patient from their facility without so much as getting him discharged. The officials say the man was wheeled out of the hospital still in his hospital bed and has not been seen since. It is not clear why the security agents would 'snatch' a patient from the hospital without informing the hospital administration.
