Prime Minister Raila Odinga looked at his Orange Democratic Movement MPs with a straight face and apologised to those on whose toes he may have stepped.
He, however, told the party’s long-awaited National Executive and Parliamentary Group meeting that conservation of Mau Forest Complex, which has rocked the party, was his national duty.
He explained it was neither a Luo nor Kalenjin affair as its destruction portended danger to all communities.
